Mr. Osman is a seasoned leader in the realms of logistics, business development, and entrepreneurship. With a distinguished career spanning over four decades, Mr. Osman has left an indelible mark on the global business landscape. He is the Founder and CEO of Solitair, the latest national airline of the United Arab Emirates, operating as a daily scheduled express cargo carrier from Dubai World Central – Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). Mr. Osman spearheads efforts to connect the global South, revolutionizing the logistics industry.
Mr. Osman previously served as CEO of FedEx for 34 years across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Indian Subcontinent, under his leadership, FedEx operated a fleet of 220 aircraft and employed over 51,000 people across 132 countries—making him one of the most accomplished executives in global aviation and logistics.
